A bedroom is available for rent in a spacious, bright, cozy, and minimalist 4 ½ apartment located in one of Montreal’s best neighborhoods, Griffintown. The apartment is less than 200 meters from a gym, grocery stores (Adonis, Metro, Avril), banks, Winners, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Dollarama, McDonald’s, ETS, Bixi, a bus stop, and more. It’s approximately a 15-minute walk to downtown. Ideal for students or full-time workers.

The rental includes everything: all furniture and utilities, internet, condo fees, gas, insurance, heating and eletricity bills. There are also washing and drying machines in the apartment. Just arrive with your suitcase and settle into your new bedroom.

You will only share the apartment with me. I’m a very calm and helpful person who works out and values mutual respect, empathy, organization, commitments and hygiene. I’m looking for someone who shares the principles. I’m open-minded and love pets, so you’re welcome to bring yours (I don’t have any) as the building allows one small pet
