It’s very close to chinook mall, in between elbow drive and MacLeod. It’s a house and there are tenants upstairs and I am downstairs in the basement. 2 bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer as well. Front and back yard. Street parking.

A family of 3 upstairs all grown ups, just myself down stairs in the basement. I work in hospitality so my schedule changes from week to week. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outside in nature or hiking in the mountains, checking out parks here in the city, I love coffee, down to earth, laid back, looking for the same in a roommate, someone who is quiet, knows when to clean up, can communicate as well if any issues arise, and is able to pay rent on time.
