Hi, I’m Evan, 32M. I’m originally from Toronto, moving to KW in 2009 for school, and sticking around because I enjoyed the feel of the area. I work mostly evenings and consequently keep later hours, but I try to be considerate and just expect the same (especially since there are other units in the house and the walls/floors aren’t the thickest). In my free time I like to write and play music, read less than I’d like, and play sprawling 100h RPGs. I also love to cook, and am trying to get better at baking. I’m just looking for someone who will pay rent on time and unload the dishwasher when it’s done.
