Two private unfurnished rooms in my 3 bedroom basement suite will be opening up for July 1st, with the potential for move-in as early as June 15th.

The suite is conveniently located in East Vancouver, close to bus stops and short walking distance to Commercial-Broadway skytrain station. Space is shared with myself, a respectful working musician (36/F) and my sweet senior kitty.

Rent is $750 per month for the smaller room and $800 for the larger room; includes utilities. Internet is an additional $15 per month. Coin laundry is available on the property, shared with the other units in the house.

Not a party house - 420 is fine. Smoking OK outdoors.

Queer & neurodivergent friendly. Fellow musicians and creatives are welcome :)
