It’s a 1000 sq./ft. two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom shared, laundry available in the building, recently renovated. All utilities are included in the price. A parking spot available for an additional $25/month (not 100% sure ab the price, but I can ask my manager). No dogs allowed, maybe a cat if it’s sterile. Bus stop less than a 1 min walk, a 5-7 min walk to downtown. UoW is literally across the street.

I’m looking for a responsible non-smoking person, no gender preference. You should be a good English speaker or knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is also acceptable. Only for one person. No partying or being loud after 10pm because there’s a lot of older people in my building. Main rule is keeping place clean and respecting each other’s personal space. About myself: I’m 22, working as a CAD technician just regular 9-5. Like hiking, playing guitar, playing volleyball and soccer when have free time.
