I am looking for a roommate in a beautiful townhouse located in a quiet neighbourhood in Killarney area. It is close to Marda Loop and there is a lot of conveniences like Walmart, Safeway, Starbucks close by. You’ll have your own private bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It’s furnished but you’ll have to buy your own bedroom furniture. It is located only 15min from downtown by bus with many bus deserving there. Pets are not allowed by landlord.

I don’t smoke but I can welcome someone who smokes if you don’t smoke inside the apartment. I really enjoy outdoors like hiking and camping, and I would be happy to drive you there if you like it as well. I am really easy going and social, even if sometimes I like to have my alone time.
