AVAILABLE DATE: October 1, 2024. PRICE: $1200 for the Den, or $1400 for the room. (Move in ASAP!).

The internet and Hydro included. And the bike parking in our condo available for $30/year. You may park your car for free at my workplace by Union station.

LOCATION:Blue Jays Way & Front St West; Downtown entertainment district. Roger Centre and CN tower.

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to me (leaseholder). There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant, leaseholder

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

• Proof of income just for rent.

ABOUT THE PLACE: Spacious and bright 1+1 condo with various outdoor and indoor amenities. Just a quick walk to CN tower and Roger Centre.

The room will be furnished with a queen size bed in the master room and a twin bed in the Den, side table, chair, desk, dresser, mirror, and lamp. Beddings are available, as needed.

You will be living with myself, a Taiwanese guy who is social, tidy, and friendly. I work as a banquet bartender & banquet server for social events at weddings or other celebration events at hotels, mostly work from Thursday to Sunday. Besides works, I also attend school with Toronto Metropolitan University.

Summary, I’ll be busy this summer so I am looking for a responsible person who is also social, tidy, and friendly. I’m 420 friendly, however, smoking is ONLY allowed in the balcony.

Speaking of the balcony, ours has the best view facing CN tower with 1 table and 2 chairs on carpet, which is a nice addition for chilling at home anytime.
