Ground floor unit with a beautiful backyard right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Very close walk to the sky train station and everything Vancouver has to offer.

The room currently has a desk and a large queen size blow up mattress that you are welcome to use. If you have your own furnishing , that’s okay too! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a great meal.

There is paid laundry on the same floor and parking is available for an additional cost of $100.

Rent includes the internet but the hydro will be split between both of us and is typically very cheap in the summer months.

I’m a working professional with the Government of Canada. I work from home 2-3 days a week and I own a small dog. I love being outdoors and active. In the summer you can find me sailing and in the winter time I’m up in the mountains skiing.

I like to keep a clean house and be in bed at a decent hour as a typical 30 something would :)
