Private bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. Ground floor. Utilities not included. There are 2 of us in the other bedrooms, 30 yo M and a 32 yo M. We’re both professionals and work 9-5 mon-fri and are looking for someone preferably with the same schedule. We like to keep the place clean and do deep cleaning every Sunday.
