About the room
I have a room available in my two bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment in Windsor Park Plaza and Lofts come this August. The building has a gym, pool, movie theatre, and is very close to the U of A. The unit is fully renovated and the building is pet friendly.
The living space is fully furnished with a double sized lazy boy pullout, a dining table, bar stools, tv, etc. The kitchen is also fully stocked.
Heated underground parking with a car wash is available for $135.00 a month with a 5’7 height restriction for the vehicles. Alternatively, there is parking through the university just across the street.
My room has a half bath en suite and I only use the second (shared) bathroom to shower/bath. It has double sinks and a lot of storage.
On top of the onsite security provided through the building I have a secondary system installed.
About the roomies
I am heading into the third year of my undergrad degree (in physiology) at the U of A. I share the space with my geriatric pug named Andy who spends most of his time sleeping or snuggled up with me.
I am very accommodating in terms of move in/out dates and am looking for a roommate who is a fan of tidy shared spaces.
