I am located 2 blocks from the Sunalta C-train station and 5 blocks from 17th Ave SW. The townhouse is 3 stories with one room on the ground level and the other on the third, so it offers excellent privacy. Your room has a sliding patio door with access to a small patio and has a private bathroom with shower. The room is currently furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair and shelves. If you have your own furniture that’s also ok.
