We are a couple that lives upstairs with a toddler and 2 dogs. We love living in Port Coquitlam for its proximity to everything we love - trails, hikes, shops, coffee shops, and groceries. Downstairs offers two rooms and one bathroom with separate entryway and laundry. We are renting each room so the second room downstairs will also be occupied. We use the common space downstairs occasionally.
