Your bedroom and bathroom are the only rooms on basement level across from the garage, the remaining bedrooms are above living space on the 3rd floor which will be off limits other than for your laundry day once a week. You’ll have access to both front patio with BBQ and the backyard with fire pit and hot tub access with permission. Includes utilities(no cable TV) non-smoking household.

Female working professional and a 2 year old border collie retriever so you must love dogs(this is her home which is why no other pets allowed). I work long days and have a very social job so when I am home I enjoy relaxing watching TV or cooking and listening to music. Looking for a quiet single working professional female or student.
