Levi's room

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to transit and 10 minute drive to Algonquin. It’s a 10 minute walk to Pinecrest station which has multiple routes that go to Tunney’s and connect you to the train. It is in a pretty quiet neighbourhood as well.

Inside the property is also smoke free.

There are currently 2 other roommates. One adult man and his teenage daughter. The daughter generally just does her own thing in her room and the man is usually out at nights, and mostly home during the days often in his room or the living room watching TV. They have a cat as well who is very chill and friendly. She usually entertains herself but definitely doesn’t mind company either.

We all keep the spaces tidy so i’m looking for others who are tidy as well. The common areas especially need to be kept clean for everyone to use.
