Quiet bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Includes laundry, hydro, heat and Internet. Apartment is fully furnished and the room can be as well if needed.

I do have a senior cat who can be aggressive to other animals so I would prefer no pets.

Apartment has 2 balconies one can be used for a BBQ.

I am looking for a quiet, clean individual. No parties, and people in and out constantly.

Photos can be provided on request, I am looking for $850 a month, but this can be negotiated for the right fit.

Just myself in the apartment, I have been there for a year and a half. I work full time so am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful.
