Pape Avenue

The room will eventually be an office, but for now it is sitting empty. I am looking for someone who needs a space that is temporary, affordable, and no-nonsense.

The space is right across the street from Gerrard Square (i.e. Groceries, Wal-Mart, 24 hr. Gym,etc.) and Matty Eckler Community Center (i.e. Swimming, etc.). There is a coin laundry about a 6 min. walk away, and the streetcar stops right out on the corner.

You will need to bring your own furniture. The man who owns the property also has an affordable moving business. This service can thus be arranged, if that is helpful.

We would share the kitchen and bathroom, but otherwise our spaces are completely separate. I have a dog, but she is wary of other people and won’t bother you. She is clean, and rarely barks.

I am a Private Investigator. I work mostly from here (at my computer), and stream television, but otherwise I am out. I never have company, it’s just me and the dog.
