Hi there 🌸 I’m ending my stay and leasing a room from June 1 to a female roommate. The room is unfurnished (but if you are interested, I can leave the bed, night stand and desk for a reasonable fee). There is a full closet in the room.

The kitchen and living area is shared with one roommate. There is a shared additional closet for storage.

Rent is $1200 plus utilities (internet, hydro, water)
