• you’ll be living with one other female roommate
• It’s important we find a mature, respectful, and clean tenant (who is young at heart)! We’d like to meet you in person before you move in
• No pets allowed
• Please no guests. This is a shared apartment for a short-term tenant ☺️
• Smoking is allowed on the balcony
• References required
