Bright, spacious, private, furnished room with a lake view in a new non-smoking, air-conditioned 3-bdrm home on the Hamilton Beach Strip, steps from Lake Ontario and beach bike path. Also home to two cats. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard with regular housekeeping service included. Shared toiletries such as paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper included. Laundry onsite, free street parking, and located on Hamilton’s Parkdale HSR bus route, which also takes you right into downtown Burlington. Easy access to QEW highway. Confederation and Spencer Smith Parks nearby. Relax at the end of your day (or fire up the jets for an aqua-workout!) in the 8’x12’ swim spa which is kept nice & warm year-round. No smoking, vaping, or guests permitted.

You’ll enjoy living with respectful, quiet, polite roommates in a peaceful neighbourhood. There are many activities to take part in with the wonderful people of the Hamilton Beach Community. I am a 49 yr old female working professional & owner of the home. I keep busy running a social group in my spare time. Our other roommate is a friendly 54 yr old male who works M-F, keeps to himself, and loves to stay active in his free time. I hope you enjoy living here as much as we do!
