•Room is fully furnished with queen sized bed, fresh linen, pillows, duvet, desk, tv, fire stick and dresser. •Private ensuite bathroom and private walk-in closet for extra storage space. •Access to kitchen appliances and tableware (air fryer, coffee machine, BBQ outback, stove/ oven etc) •Fridge and cupboard space •Upstairs laundry •1 Parking Space available. Depending on shifts, we are also located in a court for parking, and we are always happy to move around vehicles if needed. •Fast working internet and utilities include •5 minute walk to grocery store and restaurant •10 min drive to OPG

Currently, there are two females (myself and bestfriend) living here and we sublet out one of the rooms to an OPG male contract worker and hoping to fill the 4th bedroom as well. Our home is always kept clean, quiet and we have a love for interior design. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and friendly. Our situation right now is unique and works very well for us, so it is important for us to bring the right person in!
