The house is older but in good repair with a dated decor. I live on the main floor. The property is large not fenced but has friendly neighbours. It is in walking distance to trout lake and sky train lines. The bedroom room is mid sized and cozy. The bathroom is smallish but has all the necessary things. The kitchen is large enough and there is a large living room. There isn’t a designated dinning area. All in all a cozy home.
