Looking for a female roommate to share two bedroom one bathroom house! The house is 4 bedroom, one of which is an office (that can be shared) and the other is a large laundry room. House is located off of Walkley/ St-laurent, close to highway, malls, grocery stores and pharmacies. All utilities included, access to backyard and parking also included.

Currently looking for a new roommate to share the space with. I have two black cats that are very friendly, I work from home 3/5 days of the week and travel very often!
