Queen Street West

1.5 bedroom apartment. I am looking for a roomate for the half bedroom. Condo with 2 door fob entry. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows in the living room for lots of natural light, dishwasher and in suite laundry. Shower/bathtub, microwave and smart light bulbs in all the fixtures (except the bathroom and kitchen). Plenty of storage in the kitchen and living room. The half bedroom is smaller but comes with double doors for privacy, and you would use the entirety of the hallway closet as your space as well as any space you need in the living room for a desk if you have one. We also have a balcony with a privacy screen of flowers and lights that came with the building. We do not use it very much though as we don’t have furniture out there yet. Building amenities include a gym, party room and storage locker. 5 min walk from the grocery store, streetcar and buses right outside the apartment, many bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Our neighbors are mostly small families or couples with pets. Everyone is very nice and the noise has never been an issue. You can hear people walking through the hallways but I’ve never heard anyone in their apartments. We also have someone working as the cleaner for the building who is in every day keeping the condo sparkling clean and smelling nice.

You would be living with myself. I am a 26 y/o non-binary actor living in the city. My pronouns are she/they. I will be attending school at George Brown in the fall for Sign Language Interpretation. I am a singer and musician. I have a guitar and piano in the apartment (which you would be free to use if you are also musically inclined). I can be a little un-tidy when it comes to clutter. But I am extremely clean. I don’t like crumbs, dust or dirt. Usually all my clutter ends up in my room though so I don’t disrupt the shared space. We would share a bathroom, fridge and freezer. I am very easy going and love a compromise. I believe in open communication and having a discussion about any issues so that they can be resolved instead of stewing in frustration and making things worse down the line. I am sadly allergic to all pets with fur so unfortunately we cannot have any pets in the apartment.
