Move in date: January 01st. Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful new apartment in the heart of downtown Toronto. This room is available for $1,400/month + utilities (approx $50/month for internet and hydro), with a $120 refundable key deposit. Move-in requires first and last month’s rent.

1. About the Space:

• Location: Prime downtown location, 5 mins walk from Ossgoode TTC Station. No Frills and Loblaws right on the corner, with amazing cafes, nightlife, and Scotiabank Theatre all within walking distance.

• Apartment: Shared with me, your future roommate! Includes a shared bathroom, common areas, and a balcony with great views (like for real). Laundry and dryer in unit.

• Room: Comes unfurnished. Spacious enough to fit a queen bed and small desk, with a medium size closet for storage. My current roommate is trying to sell his frame and mattress gently used for 6 months. Message me if you are interested.

• Building Amenities: Brand-new gym with updated equipment, free classes (yoga, Pilates, barre), and a communal co-working space on the main floor. Sauna and indoor pool expected to open next year! Concierge 24/7, automated drop off parcel storage.

2. Lease Terms:

• Initial lease: 6 months with potential to extend to a year/permanent.
• Requirements: Last 3 pay stubs, full credit report (Equifax), work reference (or letter), landlord references.
• First and last month’s rent + $120 refundable key deposit

About Me: I’m a woman in my late 20s working in fashion and balancing a 9-5 office job, so I’m usually out during the day. Early mornings at the gym are my routine, and I prepare breakfast at home but don’t cook much otherwise. I keep the space clean and organized and value a roommate who is self-sufficient and equally tidy.

Ideal Roommate: Looking for someone responsible, clean, and considerate. Preferably someone who doesn’t cook much (the kitchen is small), is female (not opposed to males), and who can keep shared areas clean. Sorry, no pets due to allergies, and absolutely no couples.
