I renovated a room in my basement over a year ago, I hosted 9 ukrainian families over the last year. I made a full bathroom downstairs as well, shower/tub private and very modern. I have a beautiful large backyard with a fire pit

Room is located in the basement, home is a 4 level backsplit, I own the home and the house would be shared with myself, the washroom would be exclusive to you as well as the room, you’d have your own key to lock your door as well, the whole house would be shared, kitchen, laundry, lounging etc just looking for a cool down to earth roomate to share my home with.

I keep to myself and am a fairly private person, I hardly go out as I’m usually busy gardening or doing hobbies.

I work full time 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

I have two cats and I have shared custody of my two boys which I’ll have half the time one week on and off
