The location is a newly constructed townhouse managed by CHliving. I am looking to rent out the basement which has it’s own entrance and bathroom. You will also have full access to the main floor with kitchen. Laundry machines located upstairs. The townhouse features new, high efficiency appliances and systems for heating and air conditioning. You will also get my parking spot since I don’t drive!

I’m an insurance broker for Campbell & Haliburton. My focus outside of work is networking and games. My current roommate that I found through this platform now has to move out of town so I would like to arrange a replacement roommate for the middle of May.
