Pareesa's room

I’m looking for a roommate to share a 4 1/2 apartment. Rent is $1050 per month and includes utilities and internet. The only extra expense would be apartment insurance which would be about $15 per month. The apartment is close to Parc La Fontaine, pet friendly, includes a balcony, and gets lots of light! Lease would be from until August 31 2025.

My name is Pareesa and I’m currently a grad student here in Montreal. I love to be active, read books, try new cafes, and go thrifting in my free time! I’m also super clean and considerate of other’s space.
