Furnished 1 bedroom with shared bathroom available in a quiet, central location in Richmond, Bc to be shared with a single female. Female Student preferred 6-12 months lease. Preference will be given to females, quiet, clean and peaceful individuals. No parties/alcohol/smoking allowed inside the apartment. This is a family-friendly apartment building.

A credit check, ID proof and work contract/school/college admission letter will be required for rentals. 12 months post-dated cheques to be deposited for rent for yearly lease if you don’t have a proof of employment. Work/previous employment reference. Payment can be made through e-transfer if you prefer. 1/2 month’s rent in advance as a security deposit. The renter is responsible for buying a renter’s insurance to insure their goods and any natural calamities.
