We have been providing homestay service for overseas students about 10 years. My husband and I are very nice people and we treat every student as a solid member of our family. We are good at cooking in both western and Asian styles. I love outdoor workouts and I usually invite my students going with me like doing “grouse grind” or “ Vancouver Sun Run”. My students are very proud of being a member of our family and they told me that they almost shared their lunch with friends everyday at school because their friends like the yummy food I packed for my students. In addition, we keep our home clean and dust free at any time to make sure everyone in household has a good living environment.

Very good location, Langara，RCC，Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School-13 mins；Eric hamber-23mins，Magee-26mins，Point grey-33mins，UBC-45 mins，Emily carr-40mins， T&T Supermarket，Bus loop，Canada Line station and all banks, movie theatre ,pharmacy, restaurants- 8 minutes by walking.

My husband and I live in here. My husband works in Chemical labs as technician. I work in pharmacy as technician. We have two rooms for students. They will share one bathroom
