Quiet friendly neighborhood. Window faces big back yard with a number of trees. Wood floor. Main level, room is furnished with a single bed, Desk, nightstand and 2 shelving units with glass doors. It also had a closet that has hangers. Coin operated washer and dryer in basement. Good bus routes. Very close to Confederation Park, another park at the end of the block.

I am a quiet female. Considerate of others needs. Know the community and bus routes as this is my 2nd time living in the community of Mount Pleasant. Currently the basement is vaccant.
