Hi there, I have two rooms available to choose from in a large two story home. Both are a reasonably sized and have beds in them ( happy to remove if you have your own). You will also have your own bathroom, office space, and a large loft that already has a couch ( you will pretty much have your own living room space). In addition, there is a large fenced in backyard and parking space. The rent includes all utilities.

I am a working professional that works in early education and own my own photography studio. I have two dogs that live in the home, so I am looking for a roommate that loves animals and wont mind a little fur.
