Walk to King George and Surrey Central sky train stations. Very convenient location for shopping, schools, universities, medical clinics, hospitals, and many parks within 10 minutes walking distance. We provide high speed internet and free laundry once a week. Kitchen shared. We only cook once or twice a week. We have BBQ you can use. But expect only very clean people. You must clean after yourself or pay us to clean $60 to $80 for a clean up. If you don’t clean your bathroom, your room, or kitchen, we have to pay someone else to come and do it for you. we are non-smokers, non-alcoholic, no pets allowed, no kids, very peaceful home. there is a TV in the kitchen, we are not very loud people and expect the same. I like meditating and being private. But we are very friendly, helpful and kind. Husband is an IT professional and I am a banker mostly working from home. We prefer if you meet visitors outside our home. We also don’t mind sharing a meal with you and cook together once in a while for a change. We will always respect your needs/requests as long as you respect others.
