The room will be fully furnished before you move in with everything you need! Brand new full sized bed, sheets, pillows, duvet, cabinet, desk and chair (not shown in picture). Kitchen fully outfitted with pots, pans, knives, plates, etc.

Bathroom shared with 1 other roommate.

There is a master bedroom available with its own ensuite bathroom for $1000 a month.

We’re not in a rush to find anyone and would prefer to take the time to have the right fit. We also respect our existing tenants preferences in roommate choices as well.

Washing machine and dryer are in house on the second floor. There’s a second set of washers and dryers in basement as well.

Great Location: grocery store (Save-On-Foods), Shoppers Drug Mart, Shell Gas Station, doctors offices and plenty of fast food. This is all only a short 3 minute walk to the retail stores.

Driving: 15 minutes to YYC International Airport, 7 minutes to Cross Iron Mills and 45 minutes to Banff.
