I have everything you need in the common spaces and kitchen so all you need to do is bring furnishings for your private bedroom! Another great sell for this space is the storage space that’s available in your bedroom; you won’t find anything with this abundance of room in downtown Halifax! There is also an in unit washer and dryer!

Hi! My name is Rebeccah; I have been living in this space for about 7 months and I absolutely love it! I am looking for a female roommate who loves this apartment as much as I do! Move in date is preferably June 1st :) At about a 5 minute walk from Saint Mary’s University, the apartment is right downtown, bright, welcoming and homie :) The apartment has in unit laundry and rent is $900/month; I also pay wifi and electricity which is only about $75 extra per month.
