We’re close to the subway & street car_west, 3 min walk, Yonge line, mid-town, 5 min walk to park, and to 2 supermarkets in St. Clair and Yonge area. Sunny room, with large window. Longer term lease preferred. Room is furnished, with a modern new desk, floor to ceiling 3 door closet, bed and a mattress, laundry set in the apartment! Living room with TV, modern colorful furniture, very well lit & fresh, with small balcony too!! Boutique building, with security personnel 24 hrs. Indoor parking for extra $$

2 professional females. We both laugh a lot, enjoy healthy food, walks, and easy nice conversations, sharing tips about activities and happenings in town as well. We are both easy going, clean, and considerate. We occasionally watch movies together or have an afternoon tea time on the balcony or in the common living area!!
