Unfurnished room available 2nd week of June. 2 1/2 with a cat. $800 per month, utilities and wifi included. Shared kitchen and bathroom, no shared living room/lounge space.

The area is right by the canal and Monk street. There’s street parking for those who have a car. There is also a shared space outside which can be used also.

I am looking for a housemate to come live me and my cat. I’d like a quiet and tidy person, preferably female but will go for the right person regardless of gender. I want someone respectful of my place and generally kind and chill. No party people.

A bit about me, I’m a British student studying French full time. Happy to have a fellow student also but must be bringing in some kind of income. I’m generally quite chill and tidy. I’m quite a sporty and active person and live a healthy lifestyle. I have a cat who can be a bit shy but warms up eventually.
