THE SPACE - MIDDLE BEDROOM Our home is a warm and welcoming Junction Triangle house built in 1908, with some exposed brick and purple walls covered with original art. The available space is the 2nd floor bedroom, also filled with original art. Your window overlooks the back yard and gets an excellent view of the setting sun. There are 2 bathrooms (2nd floor and basement), 2 kitchens. There is currently 1 other roomie, besides my husband and myself, who is just finishing up grad school at OISE. Two folks to a bathroom, 2 folks to a kitchen. The sharing of the space makes it very comfortable for everyone.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO Steps to enter the house from the street, stairs to get to the rooms. No incense due to my asthsma. We are very easy-going and warm, and pretty quiet for the most part. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors where there should be. Alcohol use in the house. We’re 420 friendly for moderate cannibis use, outside only please. Cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The bus stop is aross the street and we are a 10 min walk from both Dundas West and Lansdowne Stations.

I have been with my partner for some 15 years. His art is hung all over the house and he has a real hippie vibe. I have also done some portraiture in the past. I am deeply into Yoga and non-duality studies and currently work from home as a realtor. Please know that this is a safe space. BIPOC ok, all genders ok, all orientations ok. We currently have one other roomie, and they are in the loft space with their elderly cat, Paul.
