Looking to rent 2 bedrooms in my downstairs of my house which I will also be living in. Looking for guy roommates.

The bedrooms are unfurnished in basement. Rent is 900 a month 50 dollar for utilities. Damage deposit same as rent.

The basement has a full 4 piece bathroom. Bright windows which create fantastic useable space. Large family room in basement. The kitchen will be shared upstairs. Will split it up so everyone has lots of space for their groceries. Also big backyard and bbq. I’m all for building good fellowship as people sharing a home. House rules: no smoking/vaping/weed.

Loads of small shopping plazas throughout and all the big box stores you’ll ever need at nearby 130th ave with over 165 stores. Quick & easy access to Deerfoot Trail, and the new Ring Road.
