3rd Avenue

This is an Upper Suite in a house and has 3 bdrms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bathroom is Semi Private for the renter. The room for rent was used as an office for a home based business that is still operational. The office has been moved to another room in order to open this space up for someone to use and help offset the cost of living. The ideal candidate will be independent and quiet, non smoker (of any kind) non drinker, flexible with the home based business and ok with clients that come and go. Must also be cat friendly and can handle incense, sage and aromatherapy use on a regular basis.

I am an Energy Healer and Psychic Reader, Guide, Mentor and Teacher. I often have clients come to the house and host the occasional workshop and Special Events in the living room. I also attend Vendor Markets around the lower mainland and love to travel to the interior during the warmer seasons to visit friends and expand my work. I spend a lot of time meditating and listening/watching podcasts related to spirituality and expanding consciousness. I do not watch the news and do my best not to get caught up in politics. I also have a drum group (hand drums) which I facilitate drum circles bi weekly, on Wednesday evenings. When the weather is cold and wet we gather in my living room for 2.5hrs. All other times we will gather outdoors.
