About the room
Seeking a roommate for October 6th, possibly a bit sooner. Private furnished room and private bathroom in a spacious condo. Furnishings include queen size memory foam bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, shoe rack, TV & stand, and hamper. Top floor of a building and no shared walls, so it is a very quiet space. The condo has a great layout. Washer/dryer/dishwasher, fireplace, patio, full kitchen. We do have cats that are very sweet and affectionate, so hoping to find an animal lover! We can not have more pets in the unit unfortunately. Very quiet neighbourhood. Centrally located. 12 minute walk to the skytrain. Walking distance to restaurants, universities (SFU, KPU), groceries, Central City Mall, etc. 40 minutes away from downtown Vancouver by skytrain. Close to the highway. Street parking available.
About the roomies
My partner and I are business professionals in our early 30’s. We work Monday-Friday 9-5. I work mostly from home. We are bookworms, coffee lovers, and play far too many board games. We are clean and organized, and we make sure the space is as well. Looking for someone with a similar mindset - someone who will respect the common areas and work to clean up after themselves and keep the space clean. No smokers, no partiers, no drugs. We’re quiet and mostly keep to ourselves, but are definitely open to doing activities and eating together. We are looking for a solo occupant.
