About the room
Warm and comfortable apartment with high ceilings, a balcony, and windows making the common areas feel spacious. Good sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and practically private bathroom as the master bedroom has an ensuite. Apartment has a parking spot and in-apartment laundry. Pictured bedroom furniture is available to buy on request as my current housemate is moving back to Australia. Great central downtown location (lower Mount Royal), walking distance from shops, buses and the C-train.
About the roomies
I am a mid-20s young professional looking for someone around the same age to share a relaxed cozy house vibe with! I am Australian and here on a work visa which means I might be off travelling and exploring sometimes. But mostly I enjoy relaxing at home, hiking, ice skating/swimming and having dinner with friends on weekends :)
