The laundry room is in the unit with private access. There is currently 1 quiet person living upstairs. As it is private you won’t really have a roomate as you don’t need to share your floor (other then laundry) but you will be allowed access to the mainfloors full kitchen if you like which is shared among all tenants/roomies.
