Quinn's room

Lower unit in a duplex. Located In a lovely neighborhood off quinpool road. Close to many bus routes. Ideal location for students. Parking is not included, however street parking is available. The room will come semi furnished (mattress, mirror, chair). It is a small loft style room with double closet and double bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a laundromat at the end of the street. There is a shared deck / backyard. Upstairs neighbors are a younger couple in their 30’s. The area is quiet with many young kids and therefore would be looking for someone who would be respectful of that. No couples, no male roommates.

41 y/o female and two mature pit bull mixes. You must like dogs, and have no pets of your own. I am retired, quiet, home often. I like to cook, garden, hike, swim, bike. I volunteer and like to give back to my community.
