Quinn's room

Lower unit in a duplex. Located In a lovely neighborhood close to many bus routes. Ideal location for students. Parking is not included, however street parking is available. The room will come furnished. It is a small loft style room with double closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a laundromat at the end of the street. There is a shared deck / backyard. Upstairs neighbors are a younger couple in their 30’s. The area is quiet and therefore would be looking for someone who would be respectful of that.
