White Oaks Boulevard

This is a large private room on the 15th floor. The apartment has a large shared common area, a shared bathroom and kitchen with access to an oven and stove, and a balcony with a nice forest view with Toronto visible in the distance. The apartment building is directly across from Sheridan College and is a five-minute walk from the school. The Rabba minimart is directly below us. There’s easy access to bus stops, some nice nearby forest trails, and is a half-hour walk to the GO station. The listed price does not include WIFI or utilities, however, the cost is divided amongst two other roommates to keep things affordable.

We are two third-year animation students who are artsy and love creating things. We are friendly and respectful, and we try to promote a comfortable and communicative environment. We also do our part keeping the common spaces clean.
