Oriole Parkway is located 5 minutes away from Yonge and eglinton in ForestHill. Markets, restaurants, bars, fast food, gym, pet stores all down Yonge street with Davisville station 6 minutes walk away.

Due to my job I need to move out so the room is available ASAP. I’d ideally like for the new tenant to take over in July 1 There is another person in the apartment, she’s a single working female, super chill, down to earth and wants someone who is clean and friendly :) the person moving in must be pet and cannabis friendly and in their mid twenties with a steady job (atleast 6 months at the job) or if less, provide pay stubs to prove you can afford the rent.
