Large sunny room (lotsa windows) , large closet ,sky light ,queen bed (all linens provided) , large dresser, minutes from transit . fenced yard , bbq, playground , family neighborhood, everything included (TP, dish soaps , wi-fi, sat tv ,townie bike (with lock ) washer/dryer (soap not included),parking stall , household duties shared. No significant others living or using amenities ,couples need not respond . Friends always welcome to visit but no late night antics .

One other male who works in northern Canada ( a ghost !) returns every 3 months for 4-6 day increments or goes to his Mexico property .
