Giulio's room

The Room: Spacious & Bright unfurnished room available 5mins drive from Walmart. Located in Cataraqui Woods this room has a large window that gets sun all year round. The house: 5 bedrooms 3 in the basement and 2 on main floor, 2 bathrooms and a large open space area with living room and kitchen. Big garage, laundry room with washer and dryer, storage room, a front lawn and a private backyard. The neighborhood: very quiet and respectful, close to walking trails, 5 mins drive to Walmart,7 minutes to Cataraqui Mall, restaurants, gas stations and the library. Highway is very accessible and convenient 5 minutes drive from home.

Sharing the space with 4 other people, all male young professionals in their late 20s early 30s. One of the housemates has a very sweet mid sized dog. We all enjoy our free alone time but also enjoy watch movies and occasionally eat and have a drink together. The house is clean and we try to keep up with cleaning, we’re all respectful to one another and creatives wheather its hobby or business and hope to find someone like-minded . 420 friendly, pets might be allowed but to be discussed with landlord and housemates, any gender free to apply.
