Requirements:

• Working professionals / Part time working.
• Easy-going person.
• Neat and Clean.
• Diet: Pure Vegetarian.(No egg or outside non-veg food allowed)
• Individual room & Sharing rooms.
• No pets.

Rent Room1: Sharing room 2 people: 650 per head.

Room2/Room3: Private room 850

Utilities extra Shared equally between all the roommates.

Male/Female both Allowed in different rooms

Furniture: Can be added at an extra cost.(Mattress, table, chair, side table, hangers)

Lease: min 1 year. (Notice 2 months)
