I am male. Queer. An academic. I am also away a lot / not always around.

You will have your own private room with Queen size bed and shelves and a dresser and closet. And the rest of the place - dining area / living room / kitchen /Balcony to chill out.

Can give you your own desk area in living room/dining area or put a desk in your room.

One roommate only - no couples please.

Queer or at least Queer friendly / aligned :)

Prefer a person that doesn’t work at home.

Fully furnished and art filled place. Stocked kitchen but sadly no dishwasher.

Free Washer-dryer in apartment.

All utilities including WIFI included. Air conditioning and Heating included - just be hydro bill aware please.

Bonus: House cleaners come every two weeks. Your choice if they clean your room or not.

Responsible clean - ideal place for grad student - I prefer vegetarians / pescatarians become I don’t enjoy the smell of meat cooking in kitchen.
