I (the landlord) live in the house and 3 rooms (my kids rooms) are being rented out to students.

On the floor where the master bedroom is, there is only one more room and the third room is on the top floor, so it is pretty private, with not much interference from other tenants or landlord. So, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this is the perfect spot.
