Situated in SW Calgary, this home offers quick access to both SW and NW areas:

• Commuting made easy: Two bus stops within a 3-minute walk.

• Shopping and amenities: Just a 5-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride to Walmart and Westbrook Mall.
